  September 6, 2008 - Very enjoyable, with the sauvignon blanc really coming through on the palate. Grapefruit, citrus and mineral flavors.

  Nose: Sweet, with melon, lychee and floral undertones
  Taste: Dry and lemony, the sauvignon blanc really comes through. Nice core of acidity.
  Finish: Minerality, with some bitter grapefruit.
  A fun, youthful stainless-steel blend from what is looking to be a fabulous North Fork vintage. Contained 60% sauvignon blanc, 30% chardonnay, and 5% each of viognier and sémillon.
