January 5, 2017 - Very, very sweet. There is an acidic backbone, but it's not enough to stand up to the sweetness. This wine will last for decades more -- it's already golden in color -- and I doubt it will ever change much.

June 12, 2016 - Light caramel color. Slightly effervescent. Only slight hints of aged riesling aromatics. Organs and apricot nose. Palate has a soft mouthfeel, but has the acidity to balance the overall impression. Smoke 'em if you got 'em.

June 26, 2012 - Medium gold. Did not get a complete note. Very sweet, not quite cloying, but not balanced as well as previous bottles I have had. Spicy on the nose with lots of tangerine and apricot. Missing some of the acid I have had in previous bottles. Still good, but not great. The rest of the group liked it more ... maybe just an off day for me. 15/20.

June 22, 2008 - Pale orange. Lovely wine, could taste through my cold. Intense fruit and great acids.
