January 9, 2013 - A very good blend. Cab Franc the star here.

February 18, 2011 - Decanted about 2 1/2 hours. Explosive with rich cream and dark black fruit on the nose. Underneath was hints of tobacco and dark chocolate, plus a touch of spice. The palate was more about the dark chocolate and tobacco, with the dark black fruit in the background. Not as creamy on the palate as the nose was, but still heavily influenced by the oak.

November 26, 2010 - Pop & pour (notes from day 2). Lots of oak in this one, with a soft quality that was nice at first, but quickly gets tiresome. Creamy and smooth, flavors of raspberry and cassis rule, with vanilla and oak being prominent in the finish.
