    November 6, 2011 - Alcohol :: 12.5%
    Popped and poured. Ash, grass, grapefruits, cheesy, earth and lemon, quite powerful. Crisp entry and turn into creamy, juicy mouth feel that is quite dry with lots of herbs, grass and lime. Dry on the medium length finish with good body. Not bad.

    June 15, 2010 - Medium body, mature straw color. Delicate tropical fruits, citrus and grassy aroma. Apples and lime palate, long refreshing finish. Dry and crisp, complex with harmonious balanced, lovely citrus acidity. Food friendly. Best match is as clams or oysters as light fish. Serve 10º - 12º. Open quarter hour in advance. Drink now.

    April 5, 2010 - Very tropical. Great intensity lots of rich minerality. Fresh grass, high acid. Must have been a very warm year. Delicious. A bit NZ in style but great quality.
    Drink from 2012.

    October 24, 2009 - Not much of a white-wine drinker, but this was very enjoyable. Floral nose, tasted sweet and fruity. Had with Taco Bake, Hard-shelled tacos, tortillas and salsa.
