June 18, 2021 - Aromas of blackberry fruit with clove, allspice very deep fruit with great intensity. Sweet & Sour mouthfeel that has amazing length, fruit and tannins. Very youthful with many years to go. Great job JL Groulx winemaker!

June 5, 2021 - Last bottle. Decanted off abundant fine and chunky sediment. Full ruby core with a bruised plum rim. Distinctive aged OL nose of dusty red plum and mulberry and quite pronounced bell pepper. Medium bodied, very dry, highish acidity and a respectable amount of extract. Flavours of dried red stone fruits and berries, bell pepper, bark and loam. Decently long finish that is a tad on the stern side. Overall a bit dried out and stalky tasting. Probably past its prime but still drinkable.
