April 11, 2022 - Fully matured with teriary notes of barnyard and musky forest floor in forefront. Drink up

    Longue finale

Très joli, mais cela me paraît presque encore jeune !

June 23, 2020 - Mature, not that complex, a hint of acetone on the nose from the heat of the vintage and showing some similar fruit characters to 03 Ermite but without anything like the same level of depth and intensity.

May 6, 2019 - I didn't take notes, but I really enjoyed this wine. A nice balance of complexity, fruit, and acid. From magnum at Bibou.

March 16, 2019 - This bottle is fully mature, mellowed but present fruit, integrated tendons and pleasant finish. Perfect facility and tertiary flavors. Wonderfully complex. Definitely more advanced than my bottle last year. Most beautiful nose. Easily has a few years left but drink now.
