Community Tasting Notes 2

September 19, 2008 - I really enjoyed this style. Expressed the Chardonnay grape without excessive oak, malo, etc. Clean and crisp with minerality on the nose. Nice crisp green apple and lemon verbeena on the palate with clean acidity throughout. Light bodied and overall refreshing.

September 8, 2008 - Well, definitely better than their previous Chards. Nice clean nose and palate of green apple, fresh grass, lemon peel. Crisp, clean, refreshing and light-medium bodied. Not quite as nice as Chablis, but they've got the idea.
