August 29, 2020 - A private lunch (Restaurant Schloss Berg ***, Perl/Nennig, Germany): AP 03 08. Delicate but intense, powerful but elegant, flowers and citrus and peach with a touch of honey, pure and precise and minerally, intense but not weighty, sweetness balanced by bracing acidity, very long cassis finish. So young still!
