July 8, 2010 - The aroma is very soft, with an almost Sauvignon Blanc-like minerality and tartness to it. The nose is not incredibly complex, but there is something about its terroir that makes it very intriguing. There are tones of wet beach sand, white peach, and guava, with some canned nectarine, and the faintest hint of lilies.

It opens gently fizzy, with a nice ripeness to the initial white peach tones. There is some strong limestone minerality and a zippy kiwi and kumquat flavor. There is the slightest amount of jasmine and honey, just before the finish, which moves back to something firmly mineral, with just a spritz of lemon.

This isn’t the most complex wine that you’re ever going to drink, but its got amazingly fresh structure. The acidity is really nice and sprizty, and there is a very good balance between the mineral tones that level it, and the white peach flavors that play off of its very faint off-sweetness. It’s exceptionally light and fresh, and would make an ideal wine to pop open at a beach party, especially because it has some aromas and flavors that are definitely coastal. A really nice casual wine.

May 23, 2010 - A very pleasant vinho verde. Slightly floral nose with lime. Lime notes continue on the palate, along with some quince. Crisp and refreshing finish, again, with notes of lime most apparent.

December 11, 2009 - Crisp and light, "in-bottle fermentation upon opening. Not exactly sparkling, but discernibly effervescent". White fruits, peach lime. I served with crab soup and cheese board with black berries

August 6, 2009 - Was surprised to see in-bottle fermentation upon opening. Not exactly sparkling, but discernibly effervescent. Flavors of green apple and lime predominate. There is no complexity here, just sweetness, citrus, and tartness. Would be an acceptable wine for a picnic or summer meal, as long as you're not looking for any kind of sophistication.

July 31, 2009 - Drinkable but disjointed enough to prevent me from wanting to drink it.
