June 23, 2009 - Good intensity, rounding, cherry and earth nose. Med-full, flavourful and complex palate. Long, evolving finish. Very good value.

June 26, 2008 - Old school Rioja. Nose extremely fragrant on first pour -- then settles into black fruit, vanilla, nutmeg. On the palate, the fruit is generous and juicy thanks to a good level of acidity. Fine tannins. A great food wine that would cut through the fattiest of dishes. Excellent QPR.
