October 13, 2012 - Not as good once it starts to warm up, but while it's under about 65°, it's still quite wonderful. The kerosene note seems like it's a little stronger now. Even for it not being very sweet, it paired well with chicken in a fairly spicy Thai-style simmer sauce.
