October 3, 2010 - Love this wine. Had for Brunch with a tomato sauce and poached egg, on toast. Floral on nose. Tropical fruit on palate.

June 20, 2009 - Weekend wines in 2 shifts (Issaquah, WA): The nose had honey and lychee aromas with a lime accent. The palate was full of tropical fruits, peach, pear and honey. Spritzy with some nice sweetness, and a medium length finish. At only 5.5% alcohol, this is the lowest alcohol wine that I have ever tasted. This was a fun starter wine - but not a style that I would want to have too often. It did go really well with lots of fresh fruit.

June 8, 2009 - Very light on its feet when it needs to be, but generous with its complex fruit when it's not. A touch of honey, tropical fruits and white flowers, this is very fresh and satisfying. After the clusters are pressed, the must is left to ferment until 4.5% abv is achieved. It is then refrigerated at -2C until it becomes sparkling. Approx $19
