May 2, 2021 - What a beauty that still has some years ahead of it. Settle, no hard edges. Just wonderful and a crowd favorite

November 2, 2020 - Decanted for an hour before service. In the glass, pale blood orange at the rim, shading quickly to deep nearly-black red at the core. On the nose, pomegranates and raspberries. On the palate, the tannins are almost completely resolved, yielding a smooth, silky fruit-driven palate, with plums, pomegranates, and faint hints of black pepper and beef blood. The remaining tannins are only apparent at the tail end of a long, smooth finish. I imagine this is as peak as it gets for this wine - drink up.
