August 2, 2008 - I had this together with Domaine du Colombier Chablis 2005.

Rather bright Chardonnay with a light structure. The slight oak is very well integrated. With the correct temperature its gentle, bit reserved, taste developed very fine. Not too concentrated, which isn't a surprise anyway. I think a very well made Bourgogne Blanc for little money. Compared to the Chablis it isn't that fruity and fresh, but doesn't lack any quality for a wine of its class. Both are very nice. Not too complicated. Easy to enjoy!
