June 4, 2010 - Ruby red. Served chilled to accompany Fois Gras. Fresh, clean and mineralic with aromas of backcurrant and strawberry. Off- dry on its own but the Fois Gras brought out a delicate sweetness of baked figs. An excellent combination.

July 4, 2008 - Bacchus blindtasting (Finn's appartment): Clear red color with a purple rim. Cherry and blueberry liqeuer on the nose. Short and almost unpleasant palate, with apple juicy and yeast. The palate is disjointed and does not match the nose at all.
