August 19, 2008 - Very good. Nose was a little tight...a little bit of grass. Honeysuckle and pear in the mouth. Had a little spritz to it which was refreshing. Very sweet so if you like 'em dry, this one ain't for you. Actually was going to open a Sauv Blanc but this fell out of the refrig and the cap broke. That's when I noticed the spritz since it was fizzing out of the split in the cap. Guess it didn't suffer from bottleshock.
