July 20, 2008 - clear, pale intensity, lemon fades to a very wide white watery miniscus nose: clean, med+ intensity, pungent yellow grapefruit (rind), minerals, some minerals, touch of orange peel palate: dry, acid is med+, tannin zero, body is med, alc is med (13 ver) length is med+ with finish of grapefruit peel flav intensity: med+ flavors include grapefruit rind (yellow), minerals, no floral notes to speak of quality statement: This dry sauvignon blanc has classic mineral and citrus notes that balance well with the racy acidity. Nice concentrated fruit and layers of complexity.
