August 31, 2013 - Deep golden colour, good sweetness offset by the bubbles to give it lightness. Delicious, surprising and well worth the wait! Probably the best (sadly also the last) of my 6 bottles.
Deep gold colour, very fine mousse. Honeyed, spiced, creamy palate, with a firm, crisp finish. Very, very good and amazingly fresh and 'together' (courtesy of Ruth Ford) -

September 24, 2012 - Burnt aromas, old bread, the stuff aged champagne is made of. Very good.

August 6, 2011 - Fresh, lively, still bubbly. Rich, pear fruit and a slightly sweet finish. Definitely alive and kicking. Good wine

August 29, 2008 - Nice color, very fine, very elegant, lots of bubbles are still there. Was fine with a "soufflé au Comté".
