  September 7, 2010 - Purple fruit bomb with red fruit underlacing on the nose. Dark, dense purple color. Sweet, almost cloyingly so. Some tar and strong, bitter black coffee. Some overripe blackberry. Bitter finish. Not really my style, but I can see some really liking this.

  February 19, 2010 - Nose is pleasant and not hot like many Shiraz' Ive had before. Very fruit forwrd with distinct blackberries and even raspberries. The spice shows up on the finish

  July 21, 2009 - Tasted over the course of two nights, kept overnight in the fridge. At 15.3%, it's not as hot as I expected. Color is inky purple. The flavors are flabby, not easily discerned. Some rubber/plastic, blackcurrant. Smoother on the second night, and more of the fruit comes out. There's better value had elsewhere.

  May 15, 2009 - Almost a sour nose upon opening. With time this dissipated. But had a bit of a burnt flavor upon the finish. Not particularly impressive.

  February 28, 2009 - Dark purple, not much of a nose. Very fruit forward with nice menthol, cedar, and dark berry flavors. Good acidic balance and a reasonable finish.
