  May 20, 2012 - The fruit is very toned down, might even be past its prime, but there is now an essence of minerality that is most interesting. Petrol has become an important component, almost riesling-like! There is still a pineapple component on the palate, and the flavors linger for a good while. Acidity has toned down quite a bit since my first tasting of this wine but still has a good role. These wines can age 5+ years easily. Excited to see how the new capsule bottles will hold up in the future!

  October 6, 2010 - Has developped a nice golden colour. The nose has evolved, with a nice layer of caramelized pineapple showing throughout. The palate hasn't changed much, and there is still plenty of acidity there!

  January 3, 2010 - Still solid, though it is evolving. The fruit is much more muted than before, but the backbone is complex enough to stay interesting.

  June 27, 2009 - This wine continues to impress. Paired very well with spaghetti carbonara, the acidity cutting through the fat and the minerality complementing the bacon. Really a very versatile wine.
