Corked it this evening and although well past it’s peak, the nose was still surprisingly pleasant as well as the taste. I probably wouldn’t serve this to friends at this point unless towards the end of the night when it probably doesn’t matter anyway!! Don’t throw it out yet....but probably getting close! Drink now but don’t expect much!!
