February 15, 2011 - Very good. Getting deeper and more complex. This one suprised me.

August 26, 2010 - Consistent with prior notes - as good on day 2 (under Vacu-Vin) as day 1. One of the best sub $15.00 wines out there.

January 21, 2010 - from a price standpoint, it cannot be beat. it has great ruby color, enough tannins, and balanced fruit. It simply is one the easiest drinking sub 15 dollar bottles out there.

November 6, 2009 - Great QPR. Excelllent with food. Popped and poured. Purple color. Upon opening, plum, cherry and pear (or something that you would not associate with a red wine) on the nose. Medium acidity with a fair amount of fruit (plums / cherry / vanilla). Would buy again. Tasted again (12/7/2009) with similar notes. Tasted again 6/10/2010 - noticed more tobacco on the nose, green pepper in addition to flavors previously mentioned on the palate and gained body with airtime. Great value - 88-90.
