  July 6, 2010 - A leasant lite wine to have with a very lite snack on a warm afternoon. Unusual and very nice...not too sweet and just a bit of tartness on the finish.

  August 14, 2008 - Swordfern Wine Tasting #6: Rosé (Paul and Kelli's: Seattle, WA): Tasted blind as part of a Rosé tasting. This was my favorite of the five Rosés, but none of our other eight tasters agreed. Delicate, pale, pink color, but a huge nose that contained a little citrus and a huge vegetal element. A Rosé with green bell pepper on the nose? That's a first for me and maybe reflects the Cab Franc. Huge acid on the palate and spicy red fruit. Absolutely delicious from my perspective and would crush a wide variety of rich foods.
