  March 21, 2020 - Decanted at 5pm and tasted through about 9pm. Luscious rich yet bright classic Oregon Pinot. Translucent ruby crimson. Plenty of pomegranate, cherry and strawberry fruit with secondary notes of bacon, white pepper, baking spice and a mineral finish. Really excellent and holding up very well, with no sign of significant aging. Potentially good for another decade in a good cellar.

  June 16, 2018 - Decanted at about 3:30pm and tasted through about 8pm. It is a very luscious ripe fruit forward yet pretty well balanced wine. The nose is pretty effusive with ripe cherry and pomegranate and some nice acidity, minerals and controlled ABV of 13.5%. While clearly new world and modern in style this was very enjoyable and easy to drink. Flavors were a little oak/vanilla, cherry, raspberry, wet stones and ripe cranberry. Finish is long and velvety. Great with grilled steaks.

  January 15, 2016 - Closed initially. Opened over 5 minutes. Great nose. Fruity. After 15 minutes some oak snuck out. 90/91

  April 6, 2015 - Very good. Heavier bodied pinot. Full fruit taste, bit of forest floor. Sorry to see it gone.
