  December 26, 2011 - This wine has a very powerful nose. An explosion of floral tones, and sweet green apple. On the palate it has a balance floral tone with some light lychee syrup. What makes this wine a real sensation is the polished finished that it has. It is super smooth with perfect balance of sweetness and flavour. This is the VERY BEST gewürztraminer I have EVER had. I don't see myself having a gewürztraminer that is this caliber. It was perfect and opened on my mother's birthday. I had it in my wine cellar for over 2 years and finally opened it 4 years after it was bottled. A real treasure! This wine is worth while to seek. This is highly recommended by me.

  February 24, 2010 - Perfect balance between fruity & spicy. Medium-bodied, pleasantly dry. Outstanding Gewürtz, excellent with Sun-dried tomato encrusted talapia!

  November 27, 2009 - Opened 1 bottle @ Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone enjoyed the bottle. Great comments by everyone who tasted. Great oak characteristics with nice vanilla finish.
