June 8, 2009 - Like a wonderful, mature left bank Bordeaux. Despite being 9 years old, the color is dark with only a hint of development at the rim. The bouquet is fruity, rather complex, with dark fruits. The palate reveals developed tannins, plenty of fruit and a velvety texture that rivals many a Bordeaux (Graves?). The finish is medium long. Drink now, at it's peak. (Who says Chilean wines don't age well?)

October 12, 2006 - Dark color with a little brownish rust around the rim, chocolate liquer, mint, and plums on the nose, midpalate had some silkyness, but the finish was a little tannic and acidic, overall not great but enjoyable.
