October 4, 2010 - terrific sparkling wine that is on par with good champagne. lemon, green apple, white flower and yeasty aromas with good minerality. very fine beads of bubbles with a nice slightly creamy texture juxtaposed against taught acidity.

September 21, 2008 - very shy nose, never becomes all that flamboyant, and considering the aromatic grapes used to make this wine, that's pretty interesting. a bit yeasty, fresh water, but not much fruit or flower. this is very refreshing and pure, very tasty. apple skins, bitter peach pits bread dough. very nice wine, although not something i would re-buy at $28.
