September 16, 2009 - Napa Valley Vintners Association (Fleming's Steak House): nose: buttery tones strike right off the bat along with tones of tangerines, meyer lemons, and navel oranges. Good balance with the fruit balancing out the oak a bit
taste: full bodied with medium acidity and rich tones of tangerines, peaches, meyer lemons, and navel oranges. Quality feel with good acidity and there isn't much noticeable butter either
overall: A real good chard. Very californian, but it uses the style well and the citrus tones are very well balanced and distinct
