January 21, 2017 - Consumed as part of a side by side comparison tasting of five different 2007 Pisoni Pinot Noirs and this was my favorite for depth and complexity. Amazed with its persistence on day two.

July 21, 2016 - Red cherry, cranberry, rhubarb with cinnamon spice notes. Medium bodied and nice finish. Tasted during a blind vertical against the '04, '05, & '09 versions of this wine. I had this coming in 2nd.

February 27, 2016 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like prune, red currant, cranberry, dust, mushroom, sandalwood, lead pencil, clove and honeysuckle. It tastes like strawberry, cranberry, strawberry jam, cherry, cantaloupe, forest floor, dust, cedar, vanilla, stoniness and violet. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
