February 17, 2022 - Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2022-1; Vintage Port (@ RvD by PvL): In the bouquet figs and caramel. On the palate figs, raisins, a bit alcohol and good acidity.

November 20, 2015 - Double decanted for about 12 hours. This is not a powerful, overwhelming and breathtaking port. More a feminine and fruity charmer. Pickled cherries, vanilla, plums and slight/woody spices. Good grip and no heat to ruin the Port. Good aftertaste and nowhere near it´s end. Bought this en primeur.

May 9, 2015 - This had about 6 hours in the decanter before first try and came across as quite sweet with some earthy spices. It had excellent body and mouthfeel but came across as a little one dimensional. It also finished a little short, but still provided a good amount of drinking pleasure. A day later it had held pretty much the same with no discernible deterioration. 90 points

    August 9, 2014 - A very good matured port. Drink it now - 2040

August 8, 2013 - Cork crumbled on opening. Good colour, licorice, mince pie, coffee characters. A lot going on. Only one negative point is its a little thin for VP but still very enjoyable. Sat in a decanter for 3-4 hours, should have been longer maybe.
