October 21, 2012 - Nice steel yellow colour. Nose of fresh green apple, yeast and some soft citrus notes. Very soft fruit acid. Firm small soft bobbles but little too many. Medium finish. OT

October 17, 2009 - Light yellow color with fine bubbles. Very open and giving nose with juicy and fresh apples, squeezed lemon and newly baked bread. The taste is fresh and lively with great acidity and similar notes to the nose. Good intensity on the finish. Drinking very nicely.
