September 21, 2013 - Compared to the bottle I had last year, this bottle was a disappointment. Thin, acidic, short finish. Not corked. It ended in the sink.

  • P&F Does not like this wine: 60 points

December 30, 2012 - It's just dreadful. It's out of balance, the acidity is all one gets (at least from this bottle). Even with food it's not drinkable. Paid $30, it's not worth 1/10th that.

November 22, 2012 - This 2005 Santenay is turning into a beautifull wine showing the promise of this vintage. Nose sous-bois, raspberry and cassis. Taste dark fruit, mushroom, some plum, smooth tannins.
