January 8, 2012 - Well, this was our last bottle out of 3. Consistent notes and perfect for a rainy sunday afternoon with Züricher Geschnetzeltes. Would by more of this producer.

August 20, 2011 - Consistent notes to last bottle. Just a notch more concentrated. A great alternative to the wines a couple miles southeast with outstanding PVR. We had this wine with grilled salmon and scallops drapped with parma.

February 12, 2011 - Beautiful nose of hazelnut, Apple crumble and butterscotch. Pretty fulbodied wine.
On the palate creamy but also structured and Lots of Minerality. The persistent acidity keeps the wine balanced.
Should hold for another 10 years.
