May 22, 2019 - chainthroer’s note on this is quite accurate

November 21, 2017 - Light brown colored body. Caramel, apricot, honey, nuttiness, vanillian. Has light viscosity. Good balance. A long soft and sweet finish. Not over the hill, but should be drunk up soon. Paired well with Romano Pecorino from Itlay.

October 4, 2015 - Riverain Winemakers Dinner with Steve Nordoff (FMIII in the OC): This looks just like maple syrup or a Pedro Ximenez. But don't be fooled, it's not thick and goopy. There's an incredible freshness to the wine with nectarine and pear fruit. Nice balance. Perfect pairing for the cheese dish.

March 6, 2015 - dark brown color. Little crystals look almost like vanilla bean. Huge beautiful acid. Nice sweetness but it's not too sweet. Long long complex finish.

December 9, 2011 - Good balance of sweetness, honey and acidity, with nutty and smoky undertone. Fully matured and need to drink up.
