Community Tasting Notes 1

September 13, 2010 - Tasted blind together with mature Chablis 1.cru. Quite yellow in colour, some sweetness in the bouquet and taste. The wine was over the top with a hint of oxidation, but there were still some acidity around which made the wine quite good to drink. Averaged 15,5/20 in the tasting. Personally I thought this wine would have been ded so I was surprised that it still was alive.
