  March 1, 2023 - Still a great bottle of wine. I would’ve said it was at its peak, but it was stronger at the end of day two (with vacuum cork). Guessing the peak window is closing though.

  July 4, 2019 - Out of a 4L! Still tastes very young. Juicy red and dark fruits. Smooth tannins, the only thing showing it’s actual age. Great with steak.

  April 27, 2019 - Decanted for over two hours. This was my last bottle and although the CT drinking window end said 2019, I believe there is still a lot of life left in the tank. Medium to full body and smooth as silk. Simply lovely. Wish I had more.

  June 17, 2018 - Decanted for over an hour. Deep purple-black in hue. A lovely nose of dark plums, blackberry jam and light cigar box. The palate is rich and full bodied. The fruit remains condensed compact and up front with hints of wet stones and cedar on the finish. A lovely wine and great accompaniment to grilled steak.
