February 2, 2013 - Wonderful yeasty nose, with floral notes as well. This one was 13 years en tirage, and I am finding I really like older bottles. Either LD or aged.

October 19, 2012 - Honey hued color, tiny bubbles, silken mouth feel. Aromas of sawn oak, herbs and citrus flower that translate onto the palate. Well balanced, consistent through to finish and a delight to drink.

June 25, 2010 - This is one of the best bottles of sparkling wine I have ever drank. It is a perfect balance of French style champagne and beautiful California fruit. The extra time on the lees adds roundness and complexity. Worth every penny.

February 1, 2010 - Loved this wine. This is the third bottle we've opened. Great yeasty flavors. Smells and tastes of a bread shop at it's peak of production. Creamy vanilla.
