December 31, 2022 - Pale gold color. Rich honeyed mangoes and butterscotch on the nose. Medium-light body, medium acid. Rich apples, white chocolate, meyer lemons and good acidity through the finish. Fine bubbles. Very good depth. Questionable value at current secondary market prices, but very enjoyable nonetheless.

December 31, 2018 - Beautiful champagne
Gold coloured with yeast and butter on the nose. Faint remnants of lime and red apple with a lovely nutty/buttery finish. One of my favourite champagnes to date (still a rookie in my descriptions).
All I can say is drink it now. -
