January 21, 2013 - Just opened it last night. Had it with wood grilled pork chops and fingerling potatoes. Aged just right. Not a big cab but very smooth.

September 27, 2008 - Classic Napa Cab, from an excellent '02 vintage. Drinking nicely right now. Loads of cassis, tar, pencil lead, with excellent tannic structure. Well-balanced. Great mid-palate and long finish. Merryvale's sweet spot is definitely their higher-end cabs and Profile, their meritage.
