August 24, 2018 - Still showing some nice dark red fruit, with a decent acid backbone. Starting to get into its mature phase, developing some secondary notes of spice and cedar box. Should have at least a few more good years left.

April 4, 2017 - Nicely aged Washington Cab. A hint of brown at the edges. It took a little bit but opened up in the glass with some casis and dark berry. It showed a little bit of it's bottle age with some leathery earthy notes. Not a lot of miles left. Not a stunner but solid. Drink now.

October 26, 2016 - A ruby wine with a nose of black cherry, cassis, and cedar. Lush in the mouth with plenty of glycerols - nicely pleasant. Was very slow to open, much better on second night. Tastes of black currants, cherries, and cassis, with hints of cigar box. This one is near bone dry, but with very integrated tannins. Nicely structured and evolved quite well over time. Very solid effort.
