May 20, 2020 - A lovely bottle consumed over several weeks with cheese courses or just for a sip here or there. This is fully mature and we probably stretched it out over a bit too long of a period and number of openings, but still the final pours were good.

December 29, 2011 - Nose: Pears mixing with cut red apples. Thick. Palate: Very concentrated--raisin-like. Finish: Disappearing quickly and lacking the depth on the nose and palate but gradually improving with air time. Something grassy there. It's the finish that prevents this score from being higher.
