January 5, 2024 - What a wine! On the nose, you an find dry exotic fruits, Very dense on the palate (255g of sugar), this is really amazing to taste such a wine. Lots of exotic fruits, no Gewurztraminer markers as the terroir and sugar are taking the lead. Paired amazingly with foie gras and mango chutney.

November 24, 2023 - Deep gold. The aroma is dominated by Botrytis. Its acidity is relatively low but somewhat balanced. To me, there is not enough Gewürztraminer in this Gewürztraminer wine, and it disappoints me a little.

May 23, 2022 - About three and half years since I had this wine. Forward nose of peach, apricot, pear and orange; very complex. Palate is viscous with good acidity. Finish goes on for minutes. Maybe not as impressive as the previous bottle but still near perfection.

September 21, 2018 - Enjoyed at Barnsteiner's. This is getting better and better. Forward nose of quince, peach, apricot, pear and apple; just a layer after layer of complexity. Palate is viscous, yet light at the same time with notable acidity. Finish goes on for minutes. Near perfection.

July 22, 2016 - This wine has it all. Beautiful deep gold colour. Nose of flowers, apricots , honey and smoke; or was that the Creme Brulee I was having along with it? The palate is viscous and goes on and on and on. The balance is near perfect with acidity lifting the sweetness.
