March 26, 2015 - Blind. Nicely saline, mineral nose. Fresh. Nicely dense on the nose and through the mid palate. Very smooth and self assured. Moderately long with a positive finish. Middle-aged GC Chablis from a decent middle rank producer? Oops. 2003?! Wow. ****
