May 30, 2009 - Extremely soft and velvety. Lush red fruit flavors with the slightest hint of the green pepper that was present a year earlier. Delicious and quaffable, but would probably be overpowered by heavy meat dishes. I'd imagine it could be excellent with grilled veggies or similar, though.
