August 28, 2010 - The yellow rich and shine was seen with quite surprise as the other bottles from this vintage consumed showed a much deeper yellow with the characteristic of the aged Chardonnay. The nose had the usual characteristics of this wine, the rich butterscotch coming from the wood ageing but the stony mineral and extremely fresh on the nose. March 24, 2008 - Simply the nicest white wine I have ever had. Beautiful nose of lemon & hazelnuts. Nice acidity balanced with well integrated notes of lemon zest, oak and cream on the palate. A wonderful lingering finish.
