October 2, 2023 - Early Oct 2023: not decanted; deep dark red color; bouquet of red and dark berries plus some minty notes; round, balanced by a juicy acidity on the palate. 90-91/100

August 28, 2021 - Beginning to brick on the rim but still a dark garnet to the wine. Nose is cedar wood, Cassis, graphite and menthol. Palate of dark cherries, black currant, cedar, tobacco, licorice (at first but faded away through the evening), mint, chocolate and lead pencil. On opening tannins felt firm but softened within 10 mins of airing to a rounded, soft tannic structure. Lovely balance to the wine. Very easy drinking. Medium body. Not heavy at all. Still feel it has some good years to go. Wish I had no more. Rated it 91 but possibly 92.

December 13, 2020 - Medium red with bare hints of brick. Mature, overripe fruit bouquet, possessing cedar and a surprising nuance of butterscotch. This mid-weight wine has a Round smooth flavor that finishes with a little tartness. Moderate length. Fruit is just beginning to dry out, but still lively enough to be enjoyable. Drink up.

October 11, 2020 - Hard to imagine this improving much more but wish I had more. Deep ruby color showing no signs of bricking. Earthy, slightly floral nose. Blackberry and blueberry on the palate along with a bit of licorice, chocolate, mint and some lead pencil. Although this is at the end of the CellarTracker drinking window, this was very fruit forward and still had a tannic backbone although somewhat diminished. In my view this is likely to stay at this level for two or three more years.
