October 3, 2023 - gold yellow, fine nose with hints of spice, banane, caramel, ripe peach, silky mouthfeel,humble acidity, nevertheless very well balanced, combined heavenly with a custard/banana pie and nougatine pie, long aftertaste

December 25, 2022 - Lovely Caramel hue/aroma of salted Caramel. Flavor of soft salted Caramel, honey, orange peel. Have w/chocolate anything or a nice soft cheese to balance the flavors of the wine with the desert. A nice way to end a lovely Christmas Dinner

July 18, 2022 - YUM! Really fine with notes of caramel, slightly sweet tropical fruit, and a bit spice. Terrific mouthfeel and aftertaste.

January 16, 2021 - Just perfect! Tasted it with french cheese, no more to say. Will keep the other bottle a few more years, looking forward to enjoy it again.
