March 9, 2020 - Honey, caramel, salt butter and hazelnut. Rich and deep with moderate plus acidity. The Montrachet terroir is there with its depth and intensity.

July 24, 2019 - bronze. moderately oxidized sous-bois nose, but very fine sherry-like; more so on palate. a bit thin body but real depth of rich, spicy fruit and good acidity. improved somewhat with long airing. very fine, long aftertaste

September 28, 2018 - Served blind, dark color screams age. This is all butterscotch but it's not overly oxidized as there's ample deep fruit. Served way too cold this became more interesting with time in the glass.

Stumped the group, nobody was even close to guessing what this was.

April 5, 2017 - Montrachet Dinner: 10 Vintages of Ramonet and Marquis de Laguiche, 1983-2002 (Oceana - New York NY): Dark color. Certainly very mature aromas and flavors, but vestiges of enough energy to still provide enough freshness and enjoyment. Very good length. Drink up yesterday.

March 6, 2017 - Depth and substance but somewhat clunky. Moderate acid remaining which helps underpin the palate.
