May 7, 2016 - Thought I would treat myself and opened my last bottle of this wine. Stunning from the first sip and got better as it opened up. Soft, full and very long with a huge depth of flavour. Tannins still there, but rounded and balanced. A great wine.

May 3, 2013 - No formal note. This had an intense and quite youthful classic sour red cherry flavour profile with a touch of spice, firm but refined tannins and lovely fresh acidity, and although well balanced and showing nice fruit purity, lacked complexity and a touch of length.

November 13, 2011 - Very pleasurable wine showing plenty of typicity. This is all dark cherries, capiscum and sweetness. More hedonistic than intellectual, but in an understated sort of way. There is a bit of savoury and tannic character missing to make this a true "serious" wine but serve this to friends with pasta and everyone will be asking for more. No point in cellaring this any longer, by the way...
