March 15, 2023 - As far as everyday bubbles go this one does an excellent job. Winter 2023

May 15, 2020 - Much better than most mainstream Champagnes for a fraction of price. There you are paying for the name, here - for a complex wine (both aroma and taste). Not overly dry. Perfect with scallops.

    June 4, 2019 - Yellow, not pale
Moderate in the nose, slight toast
Palate slightly toast, medium bodied with a balanced acidity

July 14, 2018 - A: too dark to see in bar
    N: too cold for nose
P: dry, medium (+) acid, medium (-) alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, medium finish
Lemons, Orange pith, grapefruit skin, Granny Smith apple, good green almond and wet stone. Not austere but beautifully dry.
C: made for early drinking. It's a Goodun. Could drink your body weight of this one. Very good quality wine.

January 26, 2018 - Fresh, crisp, but with good complexity to make it a very interesting drink
